Why Do People Want To Be In Management For?

more pressure/stress, hence the reason i neva wanted to becom a manager at anything, id rather get less money and be happy, then get a little more pay and be unhappy.. then l8r on in life yr spouse mite leave u coz of yr neglect, likewise wif yr kids due to yr workload. Your goin to bring your work/problems home. People will only like you coz yr a manager, they wont like u for you, then psycolocially yr goin to think and ask yrself 'do they really like me for me or my wallet'. Then why do they become managers for?
