What you ate is fine calorie and fat-wise. You're young and on the light side, so you're okay in terms of that. The issue is the almost complete lack of fruits and veggies. Remember, you should shoot for 3 servings of each during the day, and tomato sauce doesn't count. Throw in a couple of veggie rich salads and maybe a serving of a cooked veg with one of your meals, and at least one more fruit or gl of pure fruit juice, and you're golden.
