Bloody HCl...?

Me again. Now I've been saddled with 12molar HCl, could experienced Chemists suggest the best way to make it up to 0.1molar, please? My main concerns are; do I need to do it in a fume cupboard? I don't have volumetric flask, what else can I use? It doesn't have to be absolutely accurate, but I'd like to do a decent job and not kill anyone in the process. Thank you.
