Can anyone identify this seed pod?

The seed pod is green about 4 inches long and has raised ridges running from top to bottom. The pod is about 3 inches around. I found it on a vine in the woods here in Mississippi. The leaves of the vine had wilted but appeared to be very large and resembled the muscidine. Thanks
