Where's all the jobs the tax cuts created?

Seriously, I know a few people who are looking for them. They said that they KNOW they should be there because the Bush tax cuts lowered the taxes on the rich dramatically. According to Trickle Down Theory, giving more money to the people should have created more monetary value among the people. The more money the rich have, the more jobs there would be. So, since the Bush tax cuts were obviously enacted, and since when rich people are taxed less more jobs pop up, where can I go to find these jobs that Trickle Down Theory ures me are there?
