Is McCain drawing 100% disabilities money?

from the VA.? I understand what he's been through but he is obviously not inhibited from earning a living. I know vets who are truly disabled who have hles getting compensation. He obviously was not disabled enough to cheat on his first wife with Cindy who obviously was the other woman at the time.
