So i used to smoke pot. infact i just decided to quit a couple days ago so i havent even been off the stuff too long. I really didnt like the way things were going. I mean for one i just got home from the doctor and i have bronchitis from last time ! And honestly i feel like im not as sharp as before, like i dont think as quickly and forget easier. I only smoked for about 4 or 5 months and it wasnt alot at all. About once every week or two. Sometimes more. I probably toked somwhere between 10-15 times throughout the course of that time. Also, i smoked tabacco for maybe about a month, around the time when i started smoking pot but quit pretty soon because i felt like that was doing even more damage than the pot in terms of my lungs. My question though, is if i quit now. Will this be permanent. I remember getting an iq test when i was younger (im 14 turning 15 soon) and i scored a 121. I used to get excellent grades and theyre **** this year. So will i be back to my sharper self. And will my lungs recover. I really want to get everything back to normal but i feel like it could be too late.

What you ate is fine calorie and fat-wise. You're young and on the light side, so you're okay in terms of that. The issue is the almost complete lack of fruits and veggies. Remember, you should shoot for 3 servings of each during the day, and tomato sauce doesn't count. Throw in a couple of veggie rich salads and maybe a serving of a cooked veg with one of your meals, and at least one more fruit or gl of pure fruit juice, and you're golden.

truthfully dude i wouldn't. It was customized POORLY. Id be imbarressed to ride in that thing. Ugly Wheels, wrong tail lense for the cars color, wrong spoiler( looks much better on the 5g). Front end looks good though (looks like the R34 bumper kit). Sure it may be in good condition and it might run good but what does it matter if doesnt have the looks on the outside, it really means a lot. Why won't my rat let me pet him?

I've had my rats since they were less then a month old and now thye are 8 months old. One is a Rex and the other has silky hair. Their not scared of me, they like to run around and play with me, take treats and eat them near me,, ride on my shoulder, play tag or wrestle with my hands and stuff lke that. But my Rex won't let me pet him at all. If i try to touch him he just moves away and if i tried to pet his back he just shrnks under my touch.. His brother on the other hand loves being pet and will clck his teeth and boggle his eyes when i scratch behind his ears and he'll even come sit on my lap and fall asleep with me petting him. I found my fella after years of dating and several broken hearts (all mine!). My best advice is to go and find things that you like to do. If you are doing what you enjoy then the fellas that cross your path are more likely to enjoy those same things. It sounds like you have some ideals. Stick to them and add as you see fit. From there, use an herbivorous creature(which in this case includes grhoppers, beetles, moths, etc) and work up on their predators(mice, moles,etc). Then, their predators, etc. Continue climbing up until you reach the apex predators--usually their primary source of food is animal protein. Since this is a food web, though, you're going to need to show the interlinked nature of the relationships between the animals. So, moles may eat insects, but so can birds. You get the drift. I need simple answers about building a computer!?

So recently i decided that i would start trying to upgrade an old 2005 computer, until i realized that it was obsolete, or that more notably the motherboard was. I bought a new fancy videocard that was formatted for agp (because that was the only thing that would fit in the motherboard) but then i realized that there were no windows 7 drivers for that old crappy motherboard. So if i wanted to buy a new motherboard with a greater potential for upgrades (one that may also accept that agp video card) would it be possible to recycle some old parts from that 2005 computer? It has a decent processor and what not, also i have a nice external hard drive. But im just trying to figure out if its cheaper to buy a new computer all together? or to build a new one with some new and old parts. I'm fairly new into the tech world and can use all the advice i can get!

A hugh problem with MAC and Windows XP OS! HELP!!?

I'm having a hugh problem. I've got a Mac computer which is running in two drives. One is in MAC and another drive loads in Windows XP. I happen to download a game in MAC and copied the file to WINDOW XP. This game can only be played in Windows OS. But eventually the game didnt open so I just didnt bother. After a day later...i notice there is this white line wen i open my MAC OS. So i ran a virus scan and it say my files in my WINDOW XP, which is gina89.dll and pagefile.sys has a trojon virus. I accidentally went to delete the gina89.dll file and now my Window XP is not loading at all. I tried deleting the pagefile.sys, its not deleting as well. CAN someone help me out on this matter??? PLEASE. What Should i Do??

Betta fish are really aggressive fish and so yes they probably are killing your ottos. I wouldn't advise adding any other kind of fish with betta fish, not even a female betta would be a good idea with a male. I had a male and female betta fish and the male killed the female! Kinda weird huh? Anyway, I would get a small fish bowl for the one betta and then add some more ottos the the 10 gallon tank. If you do that you can add more fish to the tank just make sure that all the fish you put in there get along really well. I wouldn't want another fish to die. And try putting 1 fish every gallon. That gives the fish enough room and the tank isn't overcrowded.

I have done this before, I put broth in my crockpot and it made the meat soooo tender and it just fell apart. It was really great! but if you do it with no liquid then it will dry up. Id say use the broth and cook it for about 8 hours on medium/low heat. oh and the potatoes will cook perfectly as long as you put them in atleast 6 hours (they go all 8 hours though) you could even throw some carrots in too!

I started to get stretchmarks around my due date (I went 2 weeks over!)... I think really if you get them or not during pregnancy has a lot to do with genetics. I also lotioned, kept hydrated and kept my preg belly out of the sun. I'm 6 months postpartum now and they are almost flesh color (I have pale skin).. but when the sun hits them the skin is different. They never completely go away. I've heard some people say they have had success with bio oil but I don't really buy it. You could always give that a try though if you wanted to do something! They fade overtime but the skin never fully repairs.

It could be a problem with the soft pallet which is quiet common . It is most common in short nose breeds but other breeds can have it too. My toy poodle has it. The soft pallet is a flap of tissue that stops food and liquid accidently going down the air page. In some dogs it flops in to the air pipe and blocks there airway which causes them to have problems breathing it can sound like they are snorting. It is nothing to worry about and will often pop out itself but sometimes the dog will sort of p out and when it falls to the ground this causes it to pop out and the dog is fine. You can if you know waht you are doing sort of joult the dog under the chest which can make it pop out. A vet can show you how to do this.

As long as I can remember everyone's (doctors/nurses/blood drive people, etc) have said I have good blood preasure... but I never thought to ask for the numbers or anything, I don't even really know what's normal... what's pable... risky... etc. But when I went in for my birth control shot a different Nurse then my regular one saw me and said that she was concerned and that it was like 142/92 (giver or take a couple points) and that if it goes any higher it was very bad & i should see a doctor-doctor. This really suprised me. I'm a white, 24-y-o female, don't smoke, walk more then most since I haven't had a car in a few years and use the buses... I am a few pounds over what i "should be" according to those evil height/weight charts (6ft0in - 200lbs +/- 10lbs depending on what kind of week i've had). But roughly a year and a half ago I started at my current job, which i almost always really enjoy (press operator for newspaper) so ya, there's a bit of stress & physical exhaustion added but she said my BP (the lower number) was in the 40's and it's been steadily increasing up to this point. SO - is this just cuz I eat foods like a teenager/20-something year old and should "take better care of myself" or is this a possible Red Flag? She couldn't tell me anything diffinitive w/o running tests she can't do or some legal reason... but just said I should be checking it weekly and if it goes any higher at all to see a doctor, which I think is just silly... you wouldn't be able to be a nurse and cheer because nurses work long hours and you need to be able to practice and work out. if you're talking pro like cheering for pro football, that's not cheerleading... that's dancing around dressed like a slut. if you're talking pro like college level or allstars then you have to have elite tumbling and stunting. your motions and jumps should be perfect because those are easier skills that you need for any age group. and you need to really love it to train so long. if i think of anything else, i'll edit. best of luck :)

In need of tips for the 800 meter run?

i run the 800 meters 4 varsity but I need a little bit of help with it. When i run it am i suppose 2 sprint that first 100 meters but not at full speed cuz im in between a jog and sprint on d first 100. My coach says to not get too far behind but i kind of do cuz i started out not sprinting d 1st 100. But when i did it d first time i ran d 100 i was in d top 5 but at d end i was in last place i think. If u run d 800 for varsity n u r really good at it i'd appreciate ur tips. N my time i last ran it was a 2:23. I know its not d best but it is dropping slowly and steadily

Hi Guys, So here's my Situation I left High School In 2009 With 1B 4C's and 3D's and am now in my second year of 6th Form, and have so far recieved BDD. My concern is i am picking up AS Music this year with GCSE Maths (To boost it to a C or Higher!) along with my A2 subject which are: English Lit & Lang, Media and I.C.T. The problem i have is that i only get about 4 free lessons a week to study my backside of as this is the important year for me as i'm going to apply for University. The problem i have is am i doing to much? What degree should i consider doing, with my goal being to become a Primary School Teacher which is why im working my backside of. But i also have a saturday job which is 9 Hours which i hate which means i only get sunday as a full day off which is spent studying. Should i give this up and focus on Studying? the only Con against this is that i am learning to drive and have had 15 hours and ped my theory test with 48/50! I recieve the full EMA limit weekly so i could manage driving. Can somebody please help me with some reasonable advice!!?

hiya, I'm korean and I know that most koreans enjoy seeing different countries and have a natural curiosity for experiencing new countries and cultures, that could explain all the restaurants popping up. That and also the korean people like to give things back... we live your culture, and we will share ours with you kind of thing. Anyways most koreans I know think very highly of Philippines and I don't think they want to take over anything. It is because they want to learn the english language... see phonetically the Phillipines accent in the english language is probably alot easier for korean people to pronounce and gain confidence quicker. I know in korea they used to learn English with and American accent but now learning english in the Australian accent is common.... hope this clarifies some things, atleast from a cultural point of view.
