Why are some Americans callings improvising ghetto?

Field expediency and improvisation or commonly called another named ending in "rigging". Many people have been conditioned to see people that make the best situation of available resources as crude and primitive. The truth is socioeconomic status does not affect human ingenuity. Again when poor people do this it's called jerry rigging (the PC term). If Bear Grillz does it it's called Man vs. Wild. Go figure.
