Hello is there any people that had issues with MONEY BOOKERS?

ive already made the first down payment for this vehicle. and im just wondering is there anyone out there that has been ripped off by these people? are they real? is there anyone that has tried to purchase a car from them and gotten this same response from a lady named wanda corwin and she says that she is in the UK Scotland, Glasglow.. Any responses would be greatly appreciated!
