What major conflicts have occurred in kuwait in the last 15 years?

the parliament voted to permit women's sufferage which permits them the right to vote. it sounds misleading but its a good thing womens sufferage is name of the movement. their may be conflicts but none that would be considered major. the war with Iraq ended in 91 and since then it's all been infrastructure rebuilding. the only conflicts have been between different parties within the government. the hhead of state suspended the national embly in 1999 which is sort of big but not a major conflict
