What happend to these Obama promises?

People fell for them. There is a reason the Obama promises sounded so good - they were too good to be true. He knew damn well that he wasn't cutting everyone's taxes. There isn't enough money in the upper 5% to pay everybody's taxes, unless of course you tax them so much that they have no incentive to work.
