Sims Medieval - new kingdom, old quests?

I just finished playing new beginnings and started to play no quest for the weary. I have a new monarch and a new kingdom name, but the quests are all the same. I really do not want to keep playing the same things over and over for every kingdom. Does it stay this way the entire time?
