My laptop said low on virtual memory & i let someone that said they could fix it delete major programs. Help!?

I looked in the restore area to see what they removed omg HP software update, software distribution Service 3.0, Microsoft Office Standard Edition, Acrobat.com. Why he would remove my microsoft word excell and so on beats the stew out of me. I can not find a restore point I am only able to find system checkpoints. Please help I don't know what to do and I am sending out resumes cause I got laid off. Any information will help!! Thank you
