A hugh problem with MAC and Windows XP OS! HELP!!?

I'm having a hugh problem. I've got a Mac computer which is running in two drives. One is in MAC and another drive loads in Windows XP. I happen to download a game in MAC and copied the file to WINDOW XP. This game can only be played in Windows OS. But eventually the game didnt open so I just didnt bother. After a day later...i notice there is this white line wen i open my MAC OS. So i ran a virus scan and it say my files in my WINDOW XP, which is gina89.dll and pagefile.sys has a trojon virus. I accidentally went to delete the gina89.dll file and now my Window XP is not loading at all. I tried deleting the pagefile.sys, its not deleting as well. CAN someone help me out on this matter??? PLEASE. What Should i Do??
